As of 8/30/08 singer Anthony Dedrick has quit Sight Unscene due to personal issues. Sight Unscene is currently seeking a new vocalist to round out our lineup and help take the band to the next level. We are looking for someone with the following qualities:
•Motivated, dedicated, & has the drive to help us take Sight Unscene to where we want to take it.
•Ability to sing clean melodies & scream, solid stage presence a definite plus
•Roughly 21-30years of age, no hard drugs
•Time & transportation to practice 2 to 3 times a week in San Diego.
Our resume includes multiple shows at the Whisky A-Go-Go, Roxy, and most major San Diego clubs. We also released our first full length album Devils in the Details in August of last year. Our music, bios, and pics can be found on our myspace page www.myspace.com/sightunscene . Samples of our tracks are also available on Itunes, Amazon, Rhapsody, & Napster.

Sight Unscene has completed drum and bass tracks on it's new as yet untitled album. Tracking begun at Lucid Studios in El Cajon, CA on 7/12 and the drum tracks were finished in 3 days, we were back at it on 7/17 and completed the bass tracks in 2 days.....on schedule to knock out the guitars here in a few weeks.....the tracks are sounding incredible, we are chomping at the bit to get these songs finished.....

Sight Unscene enters the studio! On July 12th Sight Unscene will once again be hitting the studio to begin work on their follow up to 2007's Devils in the Details. The record should be finished sometime late summer/early fall, more details to come shortly.

Sight Unscene is officially a 5 piece! After a few months of searching Sight Unscene is proud to announce the addition of Erik Robertson as the band's new bassist. Erik will take over bass duties from Anthony Dedrick so Anthony can fully concentrate on singing and screaming. The band sounds tighter than ever and we can't wait to bring the live show to the masses this summer....

SIGHT UNSCENE - looking for a new BASSIST......in order to take this thing to the next level we have decided collectively that Anthony our current vocalist and bassist will concentrate exclusively on vocals, so it looks like we are in need of a new BASS PLAYER......if anyone is interested or knows anyone that might be, hit us up...
